the room included parking which i found acceptable.
The room, advertised as a 'superior double room', was tiny. there was virtually no space for luggage, just some pegs on the wall. the breakfast was also a letdown. It started ten minutes late and the eggs were overcooked.

limited menu small portions
The food was just ok. The menu seemed quite limited. the thai curry lacked flavor, and there was not enough rice for the sauce. the portion sizes felt small for the price (i guess that is not really surprising). sitting in the conservatory, i felt somewhat isolated from the main dining area (which i did not like).
