Acceptable but Flawed
freezing bathroomloud pipe
The bathroom lacked proper heating. I found the water pressure in the shower a bit weak. I also noticed a strange clanging noise coming from the pipes during the night. It definitely made sleeping difficult, and I did not get much rest.

the breakfast choice was good. food was of a good standard.
Our room needed some attention. Chipped paint was evident throughout. the shower tray leaked water onto the floor, and the toilet seat was not properly fixed. i also noted the sink drained slowly. This needs addressing.

the staff were very attentive, and i appreciated their help with directions. the room included complimentary beer, water and chocolate brownies, i found this a lovely touch. breakfast had a good selection.
the telly did not work in the room, i was unable to watch any programs. similarly, the radio was also faulty, and i could not get it to turn on. i found the small bathroom inconvenient.
