"Glass bottles of water were available throughout our stay to help ourselves to and along with a fridge in our room meant we had plenty of lovely cold water throughout our stay which with the hot weather was most welcome."

nice stay

helpful staff convenient location amazing breakfast
the staff was very helpful. They provided umbrellas when it rained. They helped with my luggage upon arrival. room 19 was lovely. the hotel had a convenient location near the center. breakfast offered many options.
the water tank above the room constantly ran. this made it difficult to sleep before 7am. it was an annoying noise. i didn't get much rest.

Fantastic experience at the townhouse

fresh breakfast friendly staff convenient location
The breakfast included a variety of options. Everything was cooked fresh, SUCH a treat. I appreciated that the staff were very friendly AND helpful. They ensured a comfortable visit. The location provided easy access to the city center, simplifying exploration.
The wi-fi signal was sometimes a little weak in my room.

The room was in the basement. It felt dark and smelled of damp. I asked to change rooms, but i was told the hotel was fully booked.

i stayed for three nights and found the staff very helpful. they promptly addressed all my inquiries. my double room had ample space. it featured a large window overlooking the street. the breakfast was good. it included a variety of options.
the elevator was occasionally slow. this sometimes caused a short wait during peak hours.
