Excellent Food and Relaxing Rooms!

spacious room great shower helpful staff
The rooms were spacious and well decorated plus there was a place to sit outside I found the bed comfortable and the area quiet at night. Nice toiletries and a great shower were available. The selection of teas and coffee was good with fresh milk in a fridge. The pub food was also lovely and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The narrow roads made getting there a bit difficult. It would be great if the signage was improved so that future guests can find the hotel more easily. This would.
Facilities
9/10
The rooms have features like robes, slippers, and a mini bar so guests can relax. Mugs, not tiny cups, are provided for tea or coffee to make mornings easier. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are both available making your stay convenient.
Location
10/10
This hotel is hidden away in the countryside. A park and ride into Bath is only a couple of miles away from here. The location is amazing with quiet surroundings.

the roads were so narrow to get there. our room seemed like a shed built on a steep slope, quite different from the posh look in the pictures. the room was also too hot. the provided fan was useless! the bottom sheet had a stain too! it was all so overpriced! i expected so much more.
