basic stay with issues
unresponsive staff phone assistance
the location was acceptable as it was near the city center.
I was annoyed that there was no staff on site. I had an issue with the room key and struggled to get assistance. i had to call multiple times using my phone to get help, it was infuriating!

The room was very clean! The linen felt super comfortable. The location is great with a bus stop right in front of the building. Lots of restaurants nearby!!!

The lack of on-site staff was a major problem. I had difficulty getting into the building. I found a key in a door. The breakfast area was unattended and had minimal options. This.

I found the location very convenient. It was an easy walk to the city center. The bus stop right outside the hotel helped me travel around. The provided wardrobe was also useful for keeping my coats.
