unacceptable noise level receptionist's acknowledgement
the staff was FRIENDLY, and the location suited my travel plans.
i found the room's noise level unacceptable. sounds from what looked to be the water system disturbed the peace throughout the night. this issue, along with the receptionist's mere acknowledgement without immediate action, left a mark on my stay.

excellent linen powerful shower
I found excellent bed linen in the room! The shower was powerful, so refreshing after a long day. Breakfast was great. The food was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly.
My room had single glazed windows, so the traffic noise was noticeable, especially early in the morning. The noise did disrupt my sleep.

great food helpful staff irregular shapes
the breakfast offered great food options. staff members were always ready to help! rooms had irregular shapes due to the building style. the cottage had a self-containing kitchen and outside space.
the pillows were quite flat.

willing staff great food comfortable night single glazed window night traffic faulty heater
the staff was ready and willing to assist with any requests. the food for both breakfast and dinner was great. the room provided a comfortable night's sleep , typical for this type of building.
my room had single glazed windows and faced the road. there was noticeable traffic throughout the night , , made sleeping difficult. the towel heater in the bathroom was not working properly, so the towels were still damp the next morning.
