the staff were very helpful and friendly. the family run hotel had plenty of parking available. i found the staff very helpful indeed. i have stayed here before and i will stay again.
there were too many stairs and corridors. it was difficult to find the hotel as the front was covered over. i noted no clear signage to the car park. the description called it a boutique hotel, but it wasn't.

the location proved convenient (i walked everywhere). the room was quite spacious, providing ample space to relax. i appreciated having both a fridge and a microwave in the room. it was a superior double room and the bed was really comfortable.
the on-site parking area felt a bit cramped.

breakfast included fresh options, like a full english breakfast. this was cooked fresh and hot upon request. i also enjoyed the toast with preserves, juices, tea, and coffee, all readily available.
