Quiet Cotswolds Getaway

great location comfy bed warm greeting thoughtful options
The location was excellent. It offered easy access to both Stroud and the beautiful surrounding countryside. The bed was supremely comfortable and ensured a restful night. Sara greeted me warmly and showed me around. This was much appreciated. Breakfast options were thoughtfully provided based on my preferences (i especially loved the bread!).
The door lock proved tricky to unlock on occasion.

The accommodation is well kept and offers cleanliness and peace. It is nicely decorated. Breakfast preparation is available. The location is convenient, only a short drive from Stroud, with access to nearby shops and restaurants.

some issues with the breakfast

pre opened cereal boxes small amount
the place was very clean.
breakfast was not good as the pre opened cereal boxes were unhygienic, it is unclear who handled the inside of those boxes. also the amount of butter, jam and marmalade was very small for two people. i think that more care should be taken with this.

a perfect cotswolds getaway

cosy accommodation quality furnishing local leaflets
the accommodation was cosy and comfortable, with great quality furnishings. everything i needed was provided. i especially appreciated the selection of leaflets about local attractions. the bedding felt luxurious and i slept soundly. the kitchen had all the essentials needed for preparing simple meals.
the shower pressure was a bit weak. it was a very minor inconvenience.

the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, and oven. the bathroom features a wet room design, with a shower and toilet in one area. there are plenty of radiators for adjusting the temperature.

the host provided breakfast items before my arrival, like milk, bread , and fruit scones. a wide variety of teas and coffees were available to enjoy. the host were great too ensure i had everything i needed.

a good stay near the cotswold way

cozy loft relaxing stay friendly host
sara was helpful she provided everything i needed for a relaxing stay the loft was warm and clean i enjoyed the quiet location we walked the cotswold way the accommodation is dog friendly sara left us bits for breakfast she was on hand for anything we needed.
it's a tight attic conversion over a garage navigating around the bed in the dark could be tricky due to the sloping roof.

Sara was a great host. She even posted items we forgot. Beds were really comfortable! The breakfast left for us was lovely.
