Excellent Stay
helpful staff spacious room early check-in handy location
I found the staff very helpful. The room was quite spacious and I appreciated that everything I needed was provided. I checked in earlier than the stated time, this was very convenient. The hotel also is in a handy location to walk into town.
The pillows were softer than my personal preference.

slightly underwhelming stay
room noise lack of amenities
the staff were friendly and helpful , appreciated
My room felt quite cramped and basic for the price. It lacked certain amenities i expect the noise from nearby traffic was noticeable throughout the night and there was also a distinct lack of soundproofing between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances from adjacent rooms this seriously impacted my ability to relax

comfortable bed good breakfast professional staff
i stayed in a signature super king room. the bed was comfortable. breakfast was really good and teatro restaurant is located next to the hotel. all staff were professional.
the coffee machine in my room did not work.

a somewhat underwhelming stay
glass door poor toilet placement
the provided robes were a nice touch and quite soft, i will say.
My room, the 'brown room', suffered from a bizarre design flaw. The bathroom door was glass. supposedly, it offered 'privacy', yet one could clearly see through it. the toilet's placement directly in front of this door was particularly unsettling, as the bed faced it too.
