Really good Experience, A Nice Stay

really good service good portion lovely view castle theme
I experienced really good service from Ryan. He arranged a hotel room visit for my children. The food impressed me. The menu offered very good portion sizes. The King's room provided lovely views across the fields. Bedding and towels seemed lovely. The room was decorated to match the Castle theme.
I found that I forgot to pay for lunch and was asked to confirm payment later , which I felt was a slightly awkward experience.

The dining area has a glass house restaurant with fantastic views. The food was consistently of a high standard. A great selection of drinks was available at reasonable prices.

The Cromwell Suite included a separate living space with two huge sofas. A generous breakfast box included croissants, juices, and cereals. Complimentary gin and tonic along with fresh fruit was provided daily. The bathroom had an enormous shower.

The location is near numerous National Trust properties, museums , gardens and walking paths. It is also close to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick, and Birmingham. The garden offers a lovely view across the valley.

The staff are professional, knowledgeable , approachable and lovely. Ryan kindly arranged for a room visit with my children. Katie and Sue provided a wonderful welcome. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

friendly team nice food good drinks
The team seemed friendly and helpful, very attentive. Food tasted very nice and the drinks selection was good. I noticed onsite parking and a terrace overlooking the beautiful Edgehill vale.

helpful staff fantastic views poor shower high expense
The staff proved helpful. I appreciate their assistance with menu adjustments for dinner. meat dishes pleased, though veggie options lacked flavor. the glass house restaurant provided fantastic views.
Shower pressure in the room was poor. It affected my overall experience. I found the room and breakfast expenses high for the area. this contrasted with other local options. it WAS a special occasion, but still.

The veggie food was bland and expensive for the price. The room's shower had poor pressure. The room rate and breakfast seemed expensive compared to other places nearby! I thought it was a bit much.

friendly staff solid stone room quiet surrounding
the staff members were genuinely friendly and very helpful. the rooms are solid stone and spotlessly clean. the accommodation is separate from the pub area and offers calm and quiet surroundings.
the shower had low pressure when someone else was using it.
