friendly staff central location perfect room unavailable wifi missing cup needed painting
i really appreciated the friendly staff . the room they gave me was really perfect. the location was also central for the places i wanted to see.
the wifi was not available in the rooms. i noticed cups missing in the bathroom. the rooms needed painting and some updating.

small room cramped shower
Room size proved to be an issue. It was just too small. maneuvering around the bed was difficult, and changing clothes seemed like a chore. the shower, particularly, was cramped. it.

welcome basket attentive staff divine breakfast
i LOVED the welcome basket in the room. it was a nice touch with several goodies. the attentiveness of the staff was commendable. i thought the breakfast was divine.
the wifi was not available in the rooms, a slight inconvenience.

the breakfast service included a full english, cereal, and toast, very satisfying. tracy worked hard to ensure i had everything i needed and gave additional local area information. she offered helpful advice.

there is a lovely outdoor seating area, and it accommodated my dog. the hotel offered a nice welcome gift for my dog too. the bar and restaurant are great, with a wood burner.
