the apartment was clean and modern. the fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus with everything needed and very clean throughout. the location was fantastic near all amenities making it so convenient
the tv felt quite dated lacking smart tv capabilities. i also thought a small bottle of milk would be nicer than the long life pots especially considering the nespresso machine. there was also little pressure in the rain shower

the front door security lock failed, leaving us locked out of the building and i found the after hours service unhelpful. the water pressure was very low. wifi also failed once

the location are amazing. everything i wanted to see were at a short walk. the room was so very clean and was modern. the staff who i spoke with over the phone was nice.
the telly was a bit old i feel. it werent a smart telly, like everywhere else i stayed now. there was also no complimentary milk, only them long life pots. i really think it counts, especially with the coffee pods.

The kitchen is well equipped. I noticed modern furnishings throughout the apartment. The location is perfect and convenient. Check-in was seamless and efficient. The apartment was very clean.

The apartments are located right in the city centre. I observed the train station within a short walk. The bus stop for direct service to the Bristol airport is just across the building.

I was pleased to see coffee capsules replenished daily. Rubbish was collected daily. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are available. The check-in uses a computer in the entrance hallway.
