The reception team proved knowledgeable. They remained both friendly and helpful . Staff readily addressed any requests. The location was also perfect, boasting a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

lovely escape
warm welcome romantic getaway really good dinner
i found the setting very peaceful, perfect for a romantic getaway. my dog received such a warm welcome, i felt it. i thoroughly enjoyed a really good dinner, the malbec after a long day reminded me of coming home.
the room was a bit small for the price.

the staff took great care of me. i enjoyed the swan cottage very much. it offered lovely views, a cosy living room, great bedrooms, bathrooms, also a log burner.
i did find that the wifi was somewhat unreliable in certain areas of the hotel. signal strength was inconsistent.

pretty grounds reasonable price helpful staff
the grounds are beautiful. i found pretty seating areas. each seating area included fire pits, logs, fire lighters, and matches. the restaurant had fantastic food at reasonable prices.
the bar service was slow and lacked enthusiasm, requiring a wait, it. was not ideal
