helpful staff quality ingredient overall location
I found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the breakfast included fresh, good quality ingredients, a good way to start the day. i loved the overall location. It was easy to access the town. the location provided convenient access to everything i needed!
The shower was freezing cold. It was a bit of a shock.

cosy suite helpful staff convenient location walking distance
Our room was a suite. IT was lovely and had everything we needed. It was super cosy. The staff were lovely and super helpful. The location is GREAT as you are walking distance to town, yet a bit out so you do not get all the tourists.
The bed was soft and not VERY comfortable. The kitchen blinds did not work properly. We think the hotel could be more generous with tea bags.

Food was AMAZING. We massively regretted not having dinner there! We only had chips, but they were so good. Breakfast this morning was awesome. The coffee was EXCELLENT.

It is walking distance to town, yet a bit out, so you do not get all the tourists. It is easy to find, and good parking is available. This is a definite BENEFIT.

i found the staff friendly. the suite was very comfortable and spacious. it offered a view of the hills from the bedroom. breakfast was very good (especially the coffee!).

The room had plenty of space. Dinner was good. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The local produce used on the full English tasted good.
The accommodation was cold. The decor was odd in the living room. Two old wicker chairs were too small. BBC 1 on the TV had bad reception.
