dust amount watered coffee
My room was not as clean AS I EXPECTED. I found a concerning amount of dust on the lamps and other surfaces in the room (yuck!). The coffee served at breakfast was very weak. It lacked flavor and tasted watered down. I think the breakfast was NOT GOOD.

the breakfast was acceptable. a good selection of items was available.
The shower pressure was inadequate, it barely provided a trickle. the sink drained very slowly. This was a significant inconvenience. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing these issues. I did not feel heard.

room spaciousness modern bathroom easy parking faulty radiator small shower annoying advertisements
the room was well equipped and quite spacious i found the bathroom modern and roomy it was easy to park at the hotel too adam ensured our stay was satisfactory he even arranged a table for us in the hotel restaurant
the room i had was cold the radiator did not work properly i discovered the management knew about this but did not mention it until i brought it up the following morning the shower cubicle was far too small for me some of the tv channels kept switching to the hotel advertisements

The on-site parking was definitely helpful. I found the bar atmosphere inviting with its log fires. The staff was consistently attentive .
The hot water took about five minutes to arrive at midday.

Lovely Cotswolds Getaway
attentive staff outdoor space complimentary sherry
I appreciated the staff's attentiveness. We stayed in the mews building behind the pub. Our upper floor room included a little outdoor space and complimentary sherry. Breakfast included many choices.

the breakfast was delicious (i especially liked the variety of options).
the service was slow. i asked for water, but it never arrived. they also didn't offer sauces. it was a bit frustrating.
