Charlotte, the greeter, gave ME a room upgrade upon my arrival. The room contained ample water, coffee including decaffeinated, teas, and cookies. A flask of milk WAS provided too.
I found the shower to be problematic. Adjusting the water temperature was not easy, the control knob was very stiff, and the shower floor was damaged. The tv WASN'T working, and I was told someone could check it the next day, but I was leaving that morning.

The room featured upscale interiors, excellent bedding, and a very nice bathroom. The staff was amazing. I was, and they ensured my comfort. I found coffee, water, and cookies left daily. A full English breakfast was included, which I did not initially know.
The room was a little small. It was only suitable for a single person.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee in the rooms. This included plunger coffee with a choice of regular or decaf options alongside both regular and herbal teas. The bathroom offered a good size for maneuvering and included super clean fixtures.

Breakfast was excellent with an extensive range of choices from a menu. Fresh pastries and smoothies were available. Many different cooked options were present. I could have easily stayed there all morning.

It reminded me of stepping into a storybook, though we entered through the cafe, we discovered our room was fine! we savored a meal at the pub next door before a concert, it was pleasant. breakfast became a true highlight with helpful staff and a cozy feel, the menu had fresh pastries and smoothies. the unlimited coffees and the offer of a takeaway made it amazing. We would return just for this experience!
while there, i observed the house is a little dark and the bathroom showed a few areas that needed touch-ups, but these were very slight imperfections

The breakfast menu was extensive with many different cooked options, so everyone can find something they enjoy. It's freshly made. the breakfast was really good. I could choose from an extensive menu and the staff was always ready to help.
