Dorian House Boutique B&B - Free Parking in Bath

The House & Grounds

Dorian House is a Victorian mansion built in 1880, set a 15-minute stroll from the centre of Bath. The grounds include a Japanese-inspired garden with an Orangery for breakfast service, plus a lounge with an open fireplace and an honesty bar stocked with local drinks. Guests can use the terrace and outdoor furniture throughout the garden.

Rooms

All guest rooms at Dorian House have views over Bath or the property's garden and come with high-pressure showers, high-quality linens, and French Damana herbal toiletries. The house combines its 1880 Victorian fabric with contemporary art pieces across the shared spaces. Room choices include Four-Poster Room with City Views, Executive King Rooms, and Superior King Rooms.

Dining

Breakfast is cooked to order and served in the Orangery, inside the Japanese-inspired garden. The menu has continental options such as fruit, granola, juices, and bean-to-cup espresso or cappuccino, plus cooked dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. The hotel runs an honesty bar with local drinks, and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.

Location

Dorian House is a short 15-minute walk from Bath's Thermae Bath Spa, the Roman Baths, and Bath Abbey. Bath Spa Train Station is also within walking distance. The house sits on a hill, and guest rooms look over Bath or the garden.

the hotel features beautiful decor the high quality bedding and pillows added to my relaxation the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions the breakfast menu had locally sourced produce i found delicious. the staff were friendly i felt well taken care of throughout my stay. the room had free parking which was a huge bonus. i enjoyed convenient access to the city center by foot.
the walk into town was a bit scruffy it was winter and raining

The breakfast choices offered a wide variety. The quality of the breakfast was good. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and I found the service great.
The room was hot, and the wooden bed frame cracked from expansion. This cracking sound woke me up during the night. Light came in under the door and from the windows despite the curtains.

coffee machine biscuit selection easy check-in
The room include coffee machine and biscuits. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. staff helped us with parking onsite. Check-in was easy. i enjoyed the tourist information provided in the room.
The coffee could have been better. I will bring my own coffee pods next time.
