missing hot water squeaky mattress
The bathroom situation was not ideal. I only had a bath with a shower head. hot water was absent, a cold shower was necessary. the curtain fittings were failing from the wall. the bed and mattress felt rather cheap and squeaked.

The room had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was nicely cooked. I had ample parking. THE location was also good.
The rooms were not very clean. The hotel is very tired and needs a lick of paint. I could hear the next door guest snoring.

The breakfast was good. It had a decent selection.
The room needed attention. The TV didn't work, and there were very few outlets. I struggled to charge my devices and couldn't watch any television .

beautiful library superb breakfast room balcony urine smell useless tv couple noise
The building has a beautiful library used as a breakfast room. The breakfast I had was superb! I found a little balcony in my room overlooking the trees and gardens. it WAS amazing.
The room smelled of urine. the TV could not hold a signal, so it was useless. A couple next door made too much noise. It was very clear.

beautiful building accommodating staff
the building and grounds are beautiful. i appreciated the quiet natural setting as well as the pool and gym.
i noticed the spa facilities and bar were closed despite being advertised. i wish the hotel information was updated to reflect current amenities.
