warm welcome excellent location delicious breakfast
I received a warm welcome, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was a highlight. I found it good. The room had plenty of hot water. The hotel is also very dog friendly.

The hotel is in a central location. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. The breakfast provided had tasty options. I liked the friendly staff who were always ready to help.
My room was quite warm. It lacked air conditioning and , made it a bit uncomfortable. The noise from the street was noticeable. It affected my sleep some nights. The bathroom was small and lacked storage space.

Location was superb. The hotel offered easy access to attractions. Breakfast were tasty, I appreciate cooked-to-order options. Staff were helpful.
The room felt a bit dusty. I notice a few hairs on the pillow upon arrival.

the location was fantastic, very close to the main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, this. breakfast had many options available, including dairy-free choices.
The room was dusty when i arrived. I found hair on my pillow. dust was also visible on the radiator and kettle. it seemed like cleaning was rushed in the beautiful king room.

convenient location helpful staff cleanliness english breakfast
I found the location very convenient to the city center and local attractions. The staff was helpful, offering advice on nearby restaurants (especially the Raven, located right opposite the hotel). I appreciated the cleanliness and the lovely decor. The full English breakfast in the morning met my expectations.
The summer sun streamed in from 4 a.m. because the window blind adjuster was not working.

mixed feelings about my stay

lack of air conditioning street noise
the location was convenient for exploring.
the lack of air conditioning in my room was a significant issue , especially during a heatwave. i requested a fan , but the hotel staff stopped responding to my messages after that. the noise from the street was also disruptive at night .
