lovely stay

superb breakfast convenient location useful fridge
i found the breakfast superb, and i appreciated the fresh milk provided. the location was convenient, right next to a bus stop. the room included a fridge , which was very useful.

The location worked. It was close enough to the attractions I wanted to see.
The room itself felt quite stuffy. The air conditioning unit rattled and didn't actually cool the room. I did not sleep well.

i liked the breakfast a lot. it felt special because the manager gave me a breakfast for free because another guest did not eat it. the manager is very kind.
the rooms need work. the bathrooms need tlc.

a satisfactory stay

warm welcome unexpected upgrade secure parking
the host offered a warm welcome upon my arrival. i received an upgrade to a larger room unexpectedly. the hotel provided secure parking for my bike i appreciated that.
the street outside the hotel made me feel somewhat unsafe walking with my son the quayside nearby was more pleasant.

A full english breakfast was available each morning with a good variety of items. the dining area was clean. It had sufficient seating for all guests and the food was served hot and fresh.

The hotel is close to several attractions. It makes sightseeing convenient. the cathedral and historic docks area are within easy walking distance i thought this was a positive aspect.

The rooms included hand sanitiser bottles in the bathroom. This was a thoughtful touch. a microwave was also available in the room along with some crockery and cutlery i found that convenient.

great spot, great value

friendly staff early keys comfortable beds
i liked the friendly staff. they gave keys early, it was super helpful. breakfast was huge, a total plus. beds were very comfortable too.
the road the hotel it's on, that's true. it's only me and my son, so i pay attention. the quayside nearby was nice though.

central location comfortable room helpful staff nearby parking
i found the location excellent for walking to nearby attractions. the quays shopping centre offered parking about six minutes away, costing £15 per 24 hours. the room was comfortable. the staff members were friendly and helpful.
I noticed some maintenance needing attention in places. The bathrooms could use some tlc.
