The location was amazing! It allowed exploring the charming market town with its royal heritage! I indulged in British cuisine like pie and mash. The choice for breakfast is also excellent. The full English breakfast was my fave.
Our room had no view. It was right by the very large and very noisy extractor vent for the kitchen. The lighting in room was poor!

friendly staff professional service good room standard overheated room poor breakfast cigarette odor
the staff members were quite friendly and they created a cute atmosphere. the service felt prompt, friendly, and professional.. very appreciable. the rooms underwent cleaning to a commendable standard, alongside daily refreshing.
the lack of resolution regarding our overheated room was disappointing. i also found that breakfast did not meet expected standards. the shift manager's strong cigarette odor upon arrival was less than ideal..

The room was upgraded. It. The bird was super comfy.
I had a problem locking myself in the room because of the door. A call resolved it quickly, but it was frustrating. That initial panic soured things a bit.

warm room slow service
I encountered a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. The room felt quite warm. Adjusting the temperature proved difficult (perhaps there were instructions I missed). the breakfast service was slow. I had to wait an extended period for my order. These aspects need attention.

I got a superior room. It included a large bed. The bathroom had a big bathtub. I loved the jacuzzi function too. The switch for that was in the bedroom!
The extractor fan made noise. It started at 7 am. The noise continued until after 10 pm.

Dinner had great service and cooking. Breakfast offered many choices. The menu had much to offer with plentiful and scrumptious options prepared by Bruno & Ellisa.

The staff were cute plus friendly. Lottie, one of the waitresses, provided tips on local attractions. Kris, Bori and Angie also gave efficient service.
