good location friendly staff non-functional air conditioning lack lift

the location is really good! it is only a short walk to pultney bridge. the staff were friendly and gave lots of information regarding places to eat and visit.

the room was on the top floor and there was no lift, it was quite a climb! the air conditioning did not work, the room was too hot.

This hotel features an Really good location. I could easily walk to many points of interest. Breakfast included freshly cooked options, a treat. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever needed.

The staff was lovely and always ready to assist! the room was clean and well-presented. breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Refills of tea and coffee were always available, it was abundant amounts. every member of staff communicated in a friendly and helpful way.
