poor soundproofing inconvenient stairs
i was a bit let down by a couple of things. our "comfy double" room, while decent, lacked soundproofing. i could clearly hear noise from the hallway and what sounded like the kitchen early in the morning. also, i found the absence of an elevator inconvenient, especially with luggage. climbing stairs wasn't ideal after a long day exploring.
