quiet stay near the centre
boutique hotel convenient location quiet room comfortable lounge
this boutique hotel is located within a 15-minute walk to the city centre, up a slight hill. the location also allowed me to easily park my car on site for £10 per night. the room itself was clean and quiet, without any disturbances from outside noise. i enjoyed access to the lounge area downstairs too.
the room felt slightly dated. there were some minor marks on the carpet.

Parking cost £10 per night and was conveniently located on the premises. This eliminated the need to search for public parking. there was also a shared guest lounge area with comfortable seating. the building seemed well-kept overall.

My standard queen room featured a comfortable bed. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room. a chocolate was left on the pillow upon arrival. This was a nice cute touch.

The lady at reception gave clear, helpful instructions. i found all the staff to be very cute. the staff was also friendly and quickly addressed my requests.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. the walk to the bus and train station took only about 10-15 minutes. the centre is also accessible by walking. It requires a short, uphill walk.

Charming Stay with Friendly Staff
excellent service nice selection thoughtful touch
The staff provided excellent service from start to finish. Communication was great. They arranged for balloons in the room for a surprise. Breakfast offered generous portions and a nice selection of options. I appreciated that I could leave my bags after checkout.
I found that the shower did not work very well. There was loud banging in the house during the night, probably coming from the boiler. I woke up several times because of it.
