a satisfactory stay overall
friendly staff local taxi comfortable room bad noise slamming door early smoke
the staff were friendly and cute. they even recommended local taxis. the room was super clean and cozy, including everything i needed (which was a relief). i appreciated the cute feel of the place.
the noise levels were quite bad. fire doors constantly slammed at all hours (it was disruptive).

The room was smaller than i expected, and it felt cramped. breakfast was a hassle. The coffee pot was empty, and there were no mugs. i had to ask for everything. after we finally got our food, the staff turned the music off and left. it felt rude.

varied choices excellent cleanliness friendly staff great atmosphere
I stayed for several nights and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast included varied choices and a full cooked option. It had hot, tasty food. The staff were super friendly and helpful! They were so attentive to every need. The bar area provides a great atmosphere.
The room was slightly smaller than I anticipated from the photos, BUT it was still well-appointed.

The room included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. It also featured tea and coffee making facilities that were a nice touch. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the QUIET atmosphere, it really helped with sleep after long days exploring..

i found the staff really friendly. the breakfast included a variety of foods to order cooked fresh. a full english breakfast was available. it was hot and tasted great.
the hotel lacked a full-length mirror. it did not have enough hooks. this made it difficult to hang suits.

the hotel is fairly near to family we visited. a barber shop was near and we made use of it. a large supermarket nearby proved handy. this was useful when i forgot some essential items.

the staff was really helpful. they were very good making my stay nice. i noticed the staff was cute during check-in. they booked breakfast for each morning of my stay.

The room was nice and neat.
The dinner was a letdown. My burger was overcooked and tasted burnt (I got a small beer as compensation).
