the staff were attentive and kind. The breakfast was freshly prepared.
the shower was difficult to use properly. The water temperature fluctuated a lot. There was no proper shower, only a handheld one over the bath.

The location was lovely and we could take our dog! the room was alright and the breakfast was really good. the locals in the bar were friendly. i found the food in the restaurant and the service to be excellent. I appreciated the tasty gluten-free options on the menu. the staff were really friendly too.
the toilet was not easy to flush and the water flow was variable from the taps, though the shower was alright

decent stay overall
delicious breakfast lovely staff difficult access poor reception
I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast i had each morning. it included local produce, super tasty and well presented. the staff and the manager were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I really appreciated that.
My bedroom was comfortably warm, i liked that. however, the shower over the bath was difficult to access. i think it would not suit people with mobility issues. the reception on the television was so poor, it was unwatchable. That was a real bummer.

a pleasant stay
polite staff local ingredient comfortable bed
i enjoyed my time at the hotel. the staff was polite and helpful. i also appreciated the breakfast and evening mealswith fresh, local ingredients. my room had great views and a very comfortable bed. luggage space was adequate for my short stay.
my room was very small. the bath had a hand shower, but the water didn't mix well. it was either too hot or too cold. it made showering difficult and somewhat dangerous.

the hotel features a beautiful building with decor that mostly matches its character. the bed linen and towels felt very nice and warm. the hotel is located in a peaceful village.

cold bar area uncomfortable bar
the staff were kind it was a plus point of the hotel.
the bar area felt cold and lacked comfort especially noticeable during my evening meal i found the temperature impacted the overall experience negatively the absence of a cozy atmosphere made it difficult to relax and enjoy my time there i think better heating arrangements are needed.

outdated bathroom low pressure
The location was excellent for my visit.
The room was located in a cottage behind the main building. The room was small, and the bathroom was quite outdated. The bath tap shower attachment had very low pressure (it made showering difficult).
