charmed by every detail

decked balconywalk-in showerreally good mealgreat menu
I was very surprised to discover a decked balcony overlooking the hotel's rear. the en-suite bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower and bath. the evening meal was really good. I really enjoyed the breakfast menu, and i thought it was great too.
i did notice some dust on the towel rack! though the room was generally very clean.

The service staff answered all my questions. I felt well cared for. jamie-lea served me dinner. She was very professional and warm. the woman at reception was friendly and helpful, even taking me up to my room.

The room was beautifully made up, and the decor looked luxurious. there was adequate parking at the back of the hotel. I liked the decor of the room. beds and facilities made it very comfortable. It was really good value for money.

there were excellent links for visiting bath, buses go into bath from opposite the inn. the buses took less than 20 minutes, so i left my car. the area saved on parking fees in bath.

the beautiful room was nice and neat! a nice touch was the radio playing as we walked in. the homemade cookies were an really good touch! the pub and food was sensational.

The staff were helpful! each staff member provided excellent service. The staff were friendly. I interacted with seven different members of staff. the staff offered assistance with my gluten intolerance and provided gluten-free options.

the friendly and helpful staff. i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with many options. the location is convenient for visiting bath, and the free parking was a great help.
the room was a bit noisy because of the nearby railway line ,but ear plugs were supplied.
