decent stay, some issues
excessive parking feepoor ventilation
the room i had felt a bit stuffy. there was no air conditioning, i found that quite bothersome. the parking fee also felt excessive, especially given the room rate, this seemed like a revenue maximization attempt. ventilation was not good, it made sleeping uncomfortable.

The staff were polite. The breakfast choices included a pleasant change from buffets as it was served at the table. My room was a great size and spotlessly clean. The shower was REALLY good.
The parking was £20. I THINK that is quite expensive. The towels were not replenished . The coffee tasted more like water.

A nice experience
elegant dining areaconvenient parking
The location proved ideal. I could easily reach the city center with a short walk. Breakfast included various choices served in an elegant dining area. Each staff member showed attentiveness. I felt well-cared for. The hotel offered convenient parking.

The room was not what I expected. There was NO ironing board, BUT they gave me an iron. It seemed pretty USELESS. The bathroom needed more attention.

The room i booked, a beautiful king double room park view, was quite noisy. I could clearly hear street traffic throughout the night, and it really affected my sleep.
