quiet stay in central location

pretty building helpful staff right facilities
the building was pretty, with much character. the staff helped me with my luggage up the stairs. the room had all the right facilities. i slept brilliantly!!!
the shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold repeatedly. hot water storage for the bath ran out quickly. the key lock box area needs more light as it's dark after sunset. the window curtains didn't meet when closed.

Really good Stay Near Royal Crescent

superb location comfy beds super clean hotel
The location was superb, very close to the Royal Crescent. The provided toiletries and ample tea, coffee, and biscuits added to the comfort. The beds were very comfy, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel was also spotlessly clean.
I found the decor a little outdated for my taste.

spacious room comfortable bed weak shower thin towel
the room was spacious, it included a sofa and a table with chairs. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well!
the shower wasn't very powerful, it took a while to rinse. also, the towels could be thicker, they felt a bit thin after the shower.

The building has a lovely historical feel and a quiet location. Edward and Louise offered helpful communication and accommodated some special requests. The room had nice tea and coffee.. The location is excellent with full amenities offered in the room.
The window curtains did not meet when closed fully.

simple instructions excellent location warm temperature comfortable bed
I appreciated the straightforward instructions for hotel entry. The location was ideal for accessing the town on foot. The temperature in the room was comfortable and warm. The bed was comfortable for restful sleep.
The key lock box area lacked sufficient lighting at night making it difficult to see when arriving after sunset.

fantastic location lumpy pillows standard double old mattress
the location is fantastic. the room was super clean. it was important for me to know about stairs but there isn't a lift. i thought the pillows were quite lumpy.
i booked and paid for a superior king with a garden view. our bed was a standard double. it had a very old poor quality mattress that had big dips in. it was very uncomfortable.
