Decent Stay with Minor Issues
coffee blend variety helpful staff easy heating small bathrobe thin pillow missing toast
The continental breakfast offered a good variety. It included different coffee blends, a nice touch. The staff was very cute and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Adjusting the heating in the room was easy, and it worked quickly.
The bathrobe provided was too small for me. This presented a problem since the bathroom was on a lower mezzanine floor. The pillows were quite thin, which affected my sleep.

The room had complimentary robes and slippers, and those were replenished daily. The breakfast was also excellent , with many choices of fresh coffees and teas.
The room window was old , and it couldn't block the noise from outside. The curtains also failed to block the light effectively.

convenient location helpful staff outdated décor limited breakfast
i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions (maybe five minutes). the staff was helpful, and they quickly addressed my questions.
the room décor felt a bit outdated. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited (it could have been more diverse).
