friendly staff breakfast option easy location yellow stains unclean shower hot room
the staff were friendly. the breakfast option was nice to have and it was the perfect amount. location was easy to find too.
the bathroom required some attention. there were yellow stains everywhere. the shower was unclean though the plug hole blocked, we had to remove someone else's hair from the plug hole. the room was very hot, and a mirror is needed nearer to the window for natural light.

bad tv signal yellow stains
the bedrooms were clean. that was acceptable.
the tv signal was bad! there was a delay on the voices. due to the poor signal. the bathroom needed attention too, there were yellow stains everywhere.

Acceptable, but not flawless
unclear signage constant traffic
I found myself dealing with some issues. The parking situation was unclear. Signage was minimal, and instructions were vague. the noise from the nearby road was constant. Sleep was difficult thanks to the traffic. I guess it is what it is.

helpful staff big room breakfast choice odd smell bad decor toilet location
the staff was pleasant and helpful. the room was big enough but not TOO big. breakfast had a perfect choice for me.
the hallway had an odd smell about it. the room needed a good tidy up in terms of decor. towels hung above the toilet, WHAT!

friendly staff clean room packed lunch uncomfortable bed peeling paint loose socket
the staff are always so friendly. rooms were nice and clean with en-suite. i got a packed lunch provided because i would miss breakfast.
the bed was uncomfortable AND paint peeled off ceiling. only one biscuit was in the room for two guests. a socket was hanging off wall.
