The room was spacious, which I found quite beneficial . I also appreciated the cleanliness. The room was tidy upon arrival. The provided tea and coffee facilities were a welcome convenience (I really enjoyed my morning tea).
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It turned cold rather quickly. I also noticed the sink was a bit worn. The blinds were broken, which limited privacy and light control.

kitchen facilities good facilities clean hotel difficult stairs no communication email communication
the room had good kitchen facilities. it was also not too far from the station. the hotel was clean and well looked after. good facilities for making tea and coffee were available.
the stairs to my room were difficult (i had quite a lot of luggage). there was no communication on how to get into the hotel until i arrived. it seems like the information was just sent by email with no phone call from a real person.
